Shim Eun-sook (Kim Hye-soo), a cool-headed and determined elite judge who hates juvenile crimes, will be newly appointed as a judge of the Yeonhwa District Juvenile Court.
Eun-sook, who has a firm belief in the realization and punishment of justice, denies long-standing practices and firmly punishes the evil acts of juvenile offenders who become increasingly bold in their own way.
However, working with fellow judges Chae Tae-soo (Kim Moo-yeol), Judge Na Geun-hee (Lee Eun-jung), and Court Chief Kang Won-jung (Lee Sung-min), she admits that not everyone has the same view of fairness and justice and realizes that she must overcome her disgust for minor offenders and maintain balance, and help them who committed crimes discover true meaning of becoming adults in complex cases.
